Ava DuVernay and Autumn Riley

The birth of DuVernay's daughter took place on the 24th day of August 1972 in Long Beach California. DuVernay began to develop her artistic and creative talents as a child due to her aunt Denise. She was an evening nurse in order to give her aunt to have the space she required during her day time to enjoy the pleasures of literature, art, and theatre. She introduced DuVernay the 1961 movie West Side Story and DuVernay fell in love with it. DuVernay realized that art could be an effective way to spread activism. DuVernay developed a social conscious from her mother. Even though DuVernay was raised in Compton with her family, she spent every summer in Lowndes County Alabama where her parents lived for many generations. DuVernay's father recalled watching the historical civil rights marches across the Edmund Pettus Bridge in the nearby town Selma Alabama. DuVernay was strongly influenced by her time in Selma and decided to make an documentary on King's father, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. DuVernay was a graduate from Saint Joseph High School Lakewood California in the year 1990. DuVernay went to the University of California Los Angeles following her graduation, and was awarded diplomas in English as well as African American Studies. DuVernay began to develop an interest in broadcast journalism as a student. She was an intern with CBS News at the time of O.J. Simpson trial. DuVernay recalls being tasked to observe the house of a member of the jury as well as examine their junk. She was disappointed by her journalism tasks and decided to change to the world of public relations. DuVernay was hired straight out of college as an assistant publicist in the studio that was small. Her private PR company, The DuVernay Agency was established in 1999. In addition to PR, the company developed several lifestyle websites such as Urban Beauty Collective, Urban Thought Collective Urban Eye, HelloBeautiful. Autumn Riley.............................Autumn Riley was born in Los Angeles United States. Autumn Riley is born with the birth astrological sign. She is a popular actress who has appeared in American Experience (1987), A More Perfect Union (2009) as well as other movies. Autumn was Rose from A More Perfect Union as she played Anna Payne from American Experience.
